The first step in our process is to understand your needs. Whether you’ve contacted us by email, phone, or through our online form, we will call you back in order to get an idea of what you are trying to achieve with your dock, and what the purpose of the dock will be.

Meet your expert and get a quote

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will set up a time for a site visit. During the site visit, you will meet with one of our experts who will work with you to brainstorm a solution together and get a lay of the land. We will take measurements and gather any other information we need to identify what will suit your specifications best. We understand that your time is valuable, so we aim to email you a breakdown of the quote within 24 to 48 hours.
